European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
